Early Game

The very start of this game is very basic, you pick a server you want (Global or Asia) and get right into it. The early game is mostly just introducing the mechanics of the game, as well as the map. Every day when you launch the game, you will be given a gift or 2 from Elizabeth, usually just tiny upgrade parts. You get some introductions to characters, some cutscenes and your home hub, all of which are in line with the Anime.

PVP

The PVP is a real-time arena battle. It's a 1v1 where you both are allowed 3 characters and one backup. It is turn-based, and whoever goes first is based off of who is stronger. There is a lot to take into account with these battles, as there are type matchups as well as particular skills for all characters. Do you want to go full damage with only one type? Or maybe you wanna be more defensive with tanks an healers? What you do is up to you, and unfortunately, the RNG gods.

PVE

The PVE is very simple, and is basically the same as the PVP, except there is no opponent, only bots. In the beginning you will go through the storyline, being thrown into battles with characters from the anime true to the storyline. In all these battles you are in full control, unless you click the auto button and do something else instead. But as much as you are in full control, you are also fully capable of losing, so mind yourself when to use the auto, you might face things stronger than you(unless you were crazy lucky with RNG).

Speaking of RNG... By RNG I am referring to the gacha system, in which you aquire most of your characters(not storyline significant). In this gacha you spend your diamonds, which you can get for free by questing, to "spin the wheel" and get some new characters to upgrade and use.

Endgame

As of now, there is no end to the game, as it continually updates to add more of the anime story, as well as events tied to it. However, the game does have end game content in the sense that it has all the dailies you can do, as well as fight festival and other exciting battles. Must of your game will be spent grinding though, either for upgrade materials, exp materials or food items to cook.

Cash Shop

The Cash shop is not that bad in this game. You buy diamonds, and with diamonds you can buy upgrade materials, exp and gacha attempts, all of which will make you stronger. But most of the things they want you to buy are all cosmetic, some of which give you a tiny buff, but it's mostly about looking pretty. The game IS energy based, so you might find yourself wanting to buy some of that too.

Is it mobile?

All of the controls in game are great for mobile, as you don't need to move around and aim, you just have to click buttons. It doesn't drain the battery too much, unless you're looking to spend hours grinding for things you want.

in Conclusion:

All in all, I love this game. I might be a little biased in saying that, as I love the anime, but I genuinely think this is a nice game to spend time in. It looks pretty, it follows the story as it's supposed to, it challenges you and the way you build your team. It's a game worth spending time on if you like anime stuff. And also, it has Elaine, of course it's good...
