- Description:
- Albion doesn't have the classical leveling, instead you level up professions like sword, bow, staff etc. Levels mean a lot at the late game, but from the start you are able to equip pretty much anything you want.
- PVP is swift and deadly. It works a lot like MOBA, and once you die, you drop everything you have equiped and those items are looted by other players. There are safe zones in the game where PVP is not available. If you don't want to PVP you don't have to, but PVP is very fun and rewarding.
- PVE is based on killing monsters, and discovering Random Dungeons. The rewards depend on the safety of the zone you are in.
- auto doesn't exist in the game.
- Cash shop lets you buy premium (that you can also acquire with in game currency) and gold. Game is not pay to win since if you die, you drop whatever you paid for.
- Endgame depends on what you want to do. You can play economy games, sandbox games, growing and selling stuff, running random dungeons in safe or PVP zones, and ofcourse there are a lot to play with guilds. The guild economy and gameplay is deep and amazing.
- Overall albion is my second favourite PC MMORPG and i feel lucky for being able to play it on mobile too.
Albion Online is one of the best PC MMORPGs that happen to be also playable on mobile. Up to january 2020 the game had horrible controls on mobile but the mobile update not only fixed it, but made is so good that sometimes it's worth wondering weather it's better playable on mobile on PC right now. There are certain aspects of the game that work much better on mobile, and personally, lag on mobile often seems less too though graphical limits are also less on mobile. All that aside the game is simply amazing and is my second favourite PC MMORPG next to Eve Online.
To this day Albion still has a huge community and active playerbase. Any time to try it is a good time.
